Session 1 - June 11 - 16th Session 2 - July 16-20 Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm ART/YOGA camp offers your child a unique opportunity to explore, create and have fun! Children will stretch and energize their bodies, explore creative expression through a variety of art materials, learn mindfulness, self calming and relaxation techniques and make new friends. At the same time enjoy a supportive, nurturing, and non-competitive environment in which to explore. Daily art projects, nature walks, yoga, games and lots of fun to be had in this camp. Designed for kids interested in exploring the relationship of yoga and art. There will be lots of art projects to create to take home and display or give as gifts.With two experience teachers of Art and Yoga - Amy Wolff, Yoga Teacher and Jennifer Richardson, Art Teacher we offer a perfect combination for this camp. Both bringing their love for the arts, yoga and programs for youth to the community. |

Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm Children of this age group love stories, exploring their strength, games and songs, which serve an important function in developing imagination. We will be introducing the children to yoga, correcting alignment and aiding in the execution of poses while presenting one universal theme (courage, fear, strength) per class. Along with yoga drawing, acting and games will all be part of the curriculum. We follow the Petaluma City Schools calendar so we will break when school breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Spring Break). |

Mondays 3:45-4:45pm This class will be a shortened version of an hour of power flow class. Kids will flow through an entire vinyasa class to rockin music from sun salutations to back bends and finishing off in a relaxing 5 minute savasana. This class will prepare them to walk into any yoga class anywhere. The setting will be safe, guided and filled with their peers They will need a water bottle, towel and yoga mat. Please note that this class will not be heated. |

Storytime Yoga for Moms & Tots ON BREAK UNTIL FALL 2012 |

Come and explore yoga with your child. We will focus on fun, games and stories for this age. It is a great opportunity for interactive time with your toddler. All classes will have a theme built in and appropriate for this great age. Pre-sign up is REQUIRED for this class. Excepting enrollment forms. October 1-15. Registration closes Saturday October 15th. Class is subject to cancellation if enrollment is too low. Please have your child bring a yoga mat, water bottle, open mind and positive attitude. Loose and comfortable clothing is recommended.
